How do I change my Password?
To change your password, access your account information via the Profile Menu and go inside the “My Account” on the top right of the screen. You will find the option to change your password.
I registered but never received an email? What should I do?
When you create an account on this developer portal, you will be asked to confirm it by clicking on a link sent to your email address. If after registering you still do not receive the email, we invite you to:
Check your spam box (yes, sometimes we all forget this check ;p )
If you are using an internal VPN at your company, try to register without the VPN.
Verify you properly entered your email by refilling the registration form.
If despites all these checks you still cannot create a user session, contact our support at support.ipaas@wakam.com.
I entered my username and password but cannot log-in? What should I do?
Please note that this portal does not return an error message when you enter a wrong logging or a wrong password.
If you are trying to Sign-in, make sure your username and password you are entering are correct. If your company has a VPN, make sure it does not filter out queries to https://lpaapiprod01.management.azure-api.net. If despite all these attempts you cannot enter the developer portal, please raise a ticket at support.ipaas@wakam.com.
How to Create an Account?
To create an account, click on the Register button on the top right corner of the developer Portal. To create an account, you will need a valid email address.
What is the difference between the selfservice Portal and the API Developer Portal?
At Wakam, we offer you two ways to serenely build your insurance web application / embed our insurance into your webapplication:
Self-Service: with the self-service, you master the configuration of your insurance product in a few click. All the documentation (wording, IPID etc) are provided to you in a single platform. This process is accessible on the self-service portal.
Co-Creation with Wakam: If the insurance available on the self-service do not meet your need, you may find the right API in our API catalog. Feel free to browse our APIs on this developer Portal or contact us if you wish to begin your adventure with Wakam! Our "Get Started" guide will give you all the information you need to start your journey!
I entered my username and password on the selfservice platform but cannot enter? What should I do?
The selfservice platform credentials are different from the IPaaS credentials. Therefore, you cannot access the selfservice platform using your IPaaS credentials. However, you can access IPaaS with your SelfService crentials by clicking on “Self-Service Sign In” in the IPaaS Sign-in page.
If you entered your selfservice credentials but cannot access the selfservice portal, please raise a ticket at support.ipaas@wakam.com.
How do I access the SelfService Documentation?
The selfservice documentation is available at https://selfservice.wakam.com/ . You will have to enter your selfservice credentials.

What is the difference between the SelfService and Bespoke API?
Wakam’s selfservice offer a limited number of insurance APIs compared to the Bespoke catalog. However, unlike Bespoke APIs, Selfservice APIs give you the possibility to design your insurance products in full autonomy and in a few clicks (from pricing to wordings).
Bespoke APIs are built together throughout a dedicated partnership between your company and Wakam. Usually, a partner’s integration takes up to a few months but offer the possibility to have a fully customized insurance product to reflect your unique need.
